STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. Our invoices are payable within thirty (30) days, unless another payment time-frame is indicated on either the invoice or the PO, or agreed to in writing. FIVE FOOT TWENTY ENTERPRISES, LLC DBA Timber Ridge Tech Consultants (herein referred to as TRTC)  will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of non-payment.
  2. If a payment is still outstanding more than thirty-five (35) days after receipt of the applicable invoice, TRTC reserves the right to assess a 1% financing fee, to be compounded daily until such time as payment is received in full. 
  3. TRTC undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed time-frames. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. TRTC cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
  4. Cancellation Policy: TRTC and its clients will each be authorized to exit any agreement with sixty (60) days notice for any reason. Notice or completion of cancellation will not nullify any existing bills owed by the client. To be effective, the MSRP (Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price) of all hardware incidental to services rendered and the remaining value of all binding contracts held by Timber Ridge Tech Consultants under the cancelled agreement must be paid in full.
